Attn: Women of Chicago (and elsewhere)

Now repeat after me:

Leggings are not pants. No really, they are not meant to be worn alone with shirts that barely cover the "cash and prizes". Even if you have great legs, this just looks silly, like you forgot your skirt or something.

Seriously, girls. Leggings are an accessory similar to tights, not a pants-substitute.

Aye aye! I agree wholeheartedly. When the tunic is too short, one should wear a skirt outside the leggings.
