I'm not sure the purpose of this item could possibly be - is it the footwear equivalent of hostess pajamas? They can't be worn with shoes, can they?

I think you can only wear those with thong style sandals...anything else would be a little uncomfy I think.. They can be pretty when in costume, but I think I'd end up breaking 'em in public!
Well, you could wear it at the beach. And then you'd have a lovely tan line and only wear boots for the rest of the year...
