A little birdie (okay, a friend of mine who doesn't have a blog) told me that these Payless boots are surprisingly comfortable and cute in person - and they're only $34.99. An excellent price for a style that's a little trendy, and the faux suede actually doesn't look not too bad, and let's face it - faux might be the way to go when you live in a place that has long, wet, slushy winters.

i love this look for fall...i think it will be very chic...i saw a ton of cute ones at lord & taylor which were priced pretty reasonable...another alternative =) thanks for the find!
