MTV thinks it's still relevant - MTV Movie Awards 2007

Most of the images from this evening's MTV Movie Awards had me wondering "who are these people"? At 23, I'm probably a little old for their teen/tween target demographic, but seriously - when did the people with actual talent stop going to those things?

Here is a picture of the girls from The Hills - I just couldn't resist mocking their outfits.

Lauren/L.C. is wearing a wedding dress (is that a hint to her boyfriend?), Audrina seems to have forgotten that she was attending an awards show (skinny jeans and a skimpy top - was that last night's bar outfit?) and Whitney's dress is just...I have no words. She managed to find something that not only added 20 lbs to her tiny frame, but also resembles a fully loaded diaper fashioned from fabric that would have been rejected by Forever 21 for being too cheap.

I do like her teal shoes though.

Fergie looks even rougher than usual (the full size version of that picture would be an excellent anti-drug ad: "don't do meth, kids, or your skin will look like hers), everyone's favorite soon-to-be-incarcerated heiress is wearing a mall dress, (I'm pretty I saw this at White House/Black Market. Last year.) and Cameron Diaz forgot her pants (in all fairness, if I had legs like hers I would forget my pants sometimes too).
